Transmissions

Transmissions is a continuous audio archive of Earth’s fleeting voices and the moments that define them. These sounds are recorded primarily in the Flint Hills in eastern Kansas and the Mark Twain National Forest in central and south eastern Missouri. Facing a growing disregard, these environments tend to be viewed as adjacent to our lives rather than integral to our well being. These recordings are a time capsule of what the life and land of Earth has to say in moments when fewer are asking.
